Hi, I hv 40*125 feet ground, I want to builtup one bunglow within a apartment on it, but as per Govt. i have only 20*105 feet area to built up. so...hv u idea abt it's plan. Please mail me as soon as possible. Thanks.

here are some house plans that will fit your width: http://www.theplancollection.com/house-plans/width-20-20/depth-20-105/ With those measurements you may have to start from scratch and work with a local architect or designer to get a design that will work for you.
