Hello, I'm considering having an architect make me a townhome for the young professional. It should have a two-three car garage on the ground floor [front or side load], a self contained apartment/flat on the second floor, and a full rooftop deck with the possibility to add a sunroom or greenhouse so that I can plant a garden while in an urban setting.
