I'm assuming the difficulty you've had is finding a master bedroom near the front.
Most plans put the suite at the back of the house for privacy. This is a relatively easy fix.
As long as you aren't moving exterior walls, you can have the plans modified to meet your needs without breaking your budget.
Look at:
The master suite could fit where the two secondary bedrooms are and vice versa. It would just take some thought,
but it could be done without too much difficulty. So if you have any in mind, we can discuss modifications
