The design of these house plans is inspirational. NDG-1153 is a very Modern twist on a Contemporary Colonial/Prairie design with a Transitional floor plan. The result is a refreshing blend that's just right for any couple looking for a home that's suited to them and not the kids. The upper floor has a few bedrooms and a bonus room for the grandkids. The main floor is warm and sophisticated. We chose this as a feature because we instantly fell in love with the design and it's a perfect example for Transitional house plans.
