The CD 4400 is just an example of a two story house that has some really nice photographs.  One advantage to a multi-level is the amount of space in a relatively small foot-print.  This house is only 61' X 67' and it has 4400 living sq. ft.  That's impressive.  Each room is quite a bit larger because it doesn't have to worry about hogging space.  Another advantage is the mess control.  If you have all bedrooms, or at least the kids' bedrooms, upstairs, then you don't have to worry about guests running into their mess or seeing into their rooms.  This plan is especially nice because it has the laundry upstairs with the bedrooms.  Lastly, multi-level homes offer the opportunity to have a two-story ceiling within reasonable cost.  Let us know what you think about our selection or any other issue regarding two + story homes.
