Luxury House plans have become more and more common throughout the United States. To some it is a symbol of acheivement and success, to others wasted space and resources that could benefit others. What does it take to be categorized as a Luxury House Plan? Are luxury houseplans over-rated? Are these large and spacious homes getting out of hand? Discuss your opinions here:

We've Chosen the Villa Capri as a featured luxury homeplan, although we have many equally as luxurious or even more luxurious in our luxury houseplans category.

Featured Luxury House Plans

The Vila Capri luxury house plan has the grandious feel of a palace. As you make your way through the entranceway of the estate you see a gorgeous spiral staircase. Multiple fireplaces and large view windows spanning two stories make this home equally impressive inside as it is out. There is an elevator located on the first floor to allow easy access from all floors. The kitchen is very open and gives plenty of room for cooking. There is a master bedroom located on the first floor with his/her walk-in closets and a beautiful master bathroom. And no luxury houseplan is complete without the large library for your extensive collection of books and artifacs from your travels.

I just have to tell you about one of our Modern Luxury House Plans. DT-0032 is a contemporary beauty inspired by commercial design concepts that have taken over our design capitols of the world. This Luxury Home Plan would be right at home in the most urban areas, or a distinguished contrast to a more natural environment. Wherever you build it, the shape and minimalist detail will please the eye. I think its great. Anybody hate it?
