Sq. ft.?

I'm trying to find out the total sq. ft. for plan # 20441.  The description is confusing.

It's states the main floor is 3423 and the second floor is 1985, yet the total is 3423.

Is the total written incorrectly?  It seems the house would be larger, but I would love it if this is the total because I might be able to actually afford to build this one!

I am not sure where you are looking.  I found the plan number you are looking at, and it shows the total square footage to be 5408.  Maybe they found the mistake and updated the website.  Check it out.
