I LOVE the Exterior of this home! R3102

Who is the architect/designer of R3102? I LOVE the exterior of this home but it is too big for me. I need to have it about half of the size and a 3-4 bedroom and not that whole basement.

You might try clicking on the "other house plans by this designer" link at the top of the page. There are often other versions available that are similar style. Cutting the size in half will totally change the look and floor plan of the home. I'd probably start closer to the SF range you are needing to be at.
