I'm sure it could be. You could purchase the CAD file and have it modified locally. if you are adding the additional SF to just one side, your builder may be able to redline the change - for that you'd probably want the reproducible set. I would recommend getting the CAD file and having a local professional that uses AutoCAD make the changes for you.
