Hi. I really like this plan but I would like to add a screened in porch in the rear of the house. Does it have enough room to use some of the

deck area, and if so will it block the sun from entering the windows in the rear. Also there is no rear elevation picture.

Is the back roof sloped, therefore can the windows go to the ceiling line?

Also, is the garage large enough to handle two large SUV's. ??

A screened porch could be added. It would cut down on the amount of sun coming through the windows... how much depends on the the direction the hosue faces. Might be nice if the rear faces west as it would block some of the direct sunlight and keep the home cooler.

The roof slopes down to the wall in the back so you couldn't really add taller windows unless you changed the wall height on the main level.

2 SUV's would fit in the garage. Most are 19' i think. Depth of the garage is 23' You may want to measure how long yours are. You could always make the garage bigger, but i think it would accomodate what you have - just depends on whether or not you have other items to go in the garage.

Thanks for the advice, the rear of the house will be facing south, so maybe blocking some of the  summer sun would'nt be a bad idea.

Also i forgot to ask, got any pictures of this one?
