Hello!

 

My husband and I just got the plans for

NDG-646

and are hoping to break ground in Oct?  Anyways, I am looking for a good color scheme for the exterior of this house, any ideas? 

I need color ideas for the roof, hardyplank siding and brick (lower part of the house).  We want white sofets and white windows.  This house has a lot of roof and alot of siding...... and I am really confused on how to pick out these colors!!

Picking out color schemes can really end up being the tricking part of building a home. What I would suggest is going to a new neighborhood and evaluating the color schemes of the houses. When you find a combo that you like just go knock on the door and ask what they used. People are happy to brag about their home. They will tell you everything about it from the cost to the location to buy it. This is a good starting point.

We have been looking at other houses, and trying to come up with a color choice that is right for us and our new home..... the problem is most of the other newer houses close by that we have seen are not using the same materials that we are using.  We have choosen to use brick at the bottom and then siding.  Most of the new houses are just solid brick.  I am just finding it hard to visulize the different materials (brick, siding and roof) and then trying to visulize the colors is just like ... WOW.... way too much!!!!  :)

We are modified it a little, but this is such an awesome house for us!  We feel real lucky to have found and chosen this plan.  You guys have great crudentials and very fair prices!  Thanks!

I already contacted the designer this morning to find out if they had any photos of the interior. They do not have any. If we find any I will contact you.
