The reasons why i really like this plan start with the outside design. It has character, and isnt going to be the most common look in the neighborhood. There is a country feel to it with the porch that wraps around half of the home, giving opportunites to relax outside on those warm summer nights. I really like the kitchen set up, its not too big, but still gives pleanty of room to store all the dishes and cook up some great home cooked meals. The family room is right there for comfortable lazy evenings to just eat and enjoy relaxing with the t.v. on. I like the fact that all the bedrooms are upstairs keeping all family memebers close to each other. The Master bedroom is always a big deal to me, and the bathroom really draws me in, i love the set up! The large tub and space to get ready in the mornings is great and there is access to the closet from the hall so i dont need to run through the room when I forgot one little thing. This home has great potential but isnt so large that its overwhelming.
