Lets hear it. I'm just curious who has had the worst experience. Maybe it will help some of the rest of us keep on the look out. This is kind of a negative thread, but oh well.

I'll kick it off.

I had a sub-contractor urinate in my bathtub several times, and leave some other unmentionable deposits in box down in the basement. Then to top it off, someone else urinated in a caulk tube and leaned it against the wall. When I was cleaning up I grabbed the tube in a hurry and was covered with a smelly spray of urine. It made my day [sarcasm].

oh, and I had a guy take 4 months to do a 1 week job. Really, I'm to blame. I should have gotten someone else after the first month of waiting. But, he was an old neighbor and I was trying to be nice.

I thought about taking 4 months to pay once it was completed but decided I'm not that type of guy.
