I am looking for a 1750ish sq ft plan with a max width of 40ish ft.  I dont have a set style that I am looking for.  I do know this that it needs to be a 3/2, 1 story, no garage, dining room needs to be in the front of the house so it can be viewed from the street (so I can put my Christmas Tree there for all to view).  The living room should be in the back of the house so that I can have giant windows to look out into the yard and have a corner fireplace, the kitchen needs to have a raised bar that when you are looking from the kitchen over the bar you can see the fireplace and out to the backyard.  The master BR should have His and Her closets that isn't in the bathroom and the master bath needs a double vanity, seperate shower and 6 ft whirlpool that is on an exterior wall so I can put in a cube window above it.  I know I'm picky but I figure I might as well build what I want.
