Is there a way to see the rear elevation of this plan?  Also has anyone on this forum built this plan?  Love the layout, but the roof line looks so steep - can't imagine how much a roofer would charge :-)  Last question - would it be possible to get this plan with more brick than siding an in 2X4 construction vs concrete block?  Thanks!

This particular designer offers both the CAD File and the vellum set of plans at reasonable rates to allow people to have changes done locally. A lot of our clients have purchased plans specified as concrete block or 2x6 and needed them in 2x4.  You can typically have it specified on the plans that you are doing 2x4 and not concrete.  Making the change onsite will save you a lot of money and time. They will just need to note that going from concrete (8" walls) to 2x4 (4" walls) will increase the size of each room by 4". As for the brick exterior, specifying a brick ledge on the foundation would need to be done.
