Can the bathroom on the top floor be eliminated and a hall connect the top floor with the top of the garage, where a seperate living space could be constructed, which would include 1 or more bedrooms, a full bathroom and closets? Can the stairs on every level be rotated 180 degrees (the entrances and exits would be opposite of what they are now).
