We havehad a plan picked for awhile already but now that we actually have land to put it on I am wanting something a little different. I would like to find a house with the garage entrance and the main door at teh back of the house, since our driveway is in teh shape of a J. If you understand what I mean, you come off the main road and do a circle to stop at teh back of the house.(there is currently a house sitting where we plan to build).

The requirements of the plan are 1800-2000 sq. feet with a full basement. 3 bedrooms, 2-2 1/2 baths and preferable one dining area and one living area on the main level. I also do not like open concepts.  I do like all the bedrooms on the same side of the house I think but it isn't a requirement.

What style of home do you want?  Do you want the home one or two stories?

Sorry, I should hav said that I am looking for a 1 story, ranch style house. 

i'm looking for a first floor master suite    great room dining room   open kitchen and break.nook  2 story foyer   half bath   2 car garage   3 bedrooms up with an unfinised bonus room   over the garage  with 2 bathrooms up and a country porch   total finished sq. footage not including 22x22 garage      approx.    2650 sq. feet   thanks   tom
