One Set of Blueprints (Marked not for Construction) is a package that includes one complete set of construction drawings. Generally, you will need more than one set to build a home since municipalities often require more for permit applications, and you will need more sets for collecting bids. If you feel you need additional sets they must be ordered along with your initial plan transaction. Purchasing a set of blueprints and making additional sets by reproducing the originals is illegal. If you want one set from which you can make copies, you need to order a reproducible set.
