One set of plans that include building elevations and floor plan(s) only. A study set enables you to see the layout in more detail and to see the home from all four sides. This plan set will be stamped Not for Construction as it does not include a license to build the home. (This cost can be applied towards the future purchase of a Construction Set, Reproducible Set, or CAD File Set)
